This is a beautiful home with many improvements. It has a huge family room with a nice brick fireplace and an open kitchen with newer cabinets! Originally built as a 3 bedroom 1 bath home, it was later converted into a 4 bedroom home by enclosing the existing carport. The home has an open feel to it, tiled floors throughout, arched doorways with rounded corners, inside laundry room and a jetted bath tub – a nice touch! In the backyard, there’s a large patio, a working shower, shade trees and plenty of room to park a boat or an R/V. Many upgrades were made in 2007 and include double-pane aluminum (no rust) windows, sliding/interior doors, wiring and electrical panel, roof. The A/C was replaced in 2013. Overall, a great place to call home!
